The state of Pennsylvania requires several background checks for those who will be working with children. The registration and background screening process will be managed in GotSport. There are various requirements based upon what capacity you'll be serving in, and how long you've been a Pennsylvania resident.
US Soccer placed new rules on youth soccer effective August 1, 2016. EPYSA and RBJSL will follow these rules and WJSC will do the same.

We are providing a more refined coaching curriculum to address the ages from U6 to U16 for 2015-2016. We feel it is important to develop technical objectives for these ages as well as incorporating group and team tactics at the older ages. We recognize that development varies from child to child and feel it is important at the younger ages to realize the potential in every child and provide appropriate instruction.
Link to RBJSL referee fees and game length by each age group. WJSC will provide each head coach with a check to cover game fees for the season before your first game. (Note: you are responsible for 1/2 of the referee fee per game)
